The location of the hotel was great and stunning - just a short stroll away from The Entrance Town Centre. Every member of staff was exceptional and accommodating. Overall it was neat and airy, with a shared bathroom.

This family-friendly hotel boasts a fantastic central location just 0.5 km from the airport, with welcoming staff at every turn and spacious apartments featuring a nice large bathroom.

The Pool and hot tubs

No wifi in rooms. No ventilation in bathroom and especially toilet. Noise from bin and sewerage collection from hotels close by. Smells from restaurants.

Did not have much contact with staff. When contacted the staff were courteous

Not enough supply of washing liquid,shampoo etc. Supply should be based on number of days booked.

The venue met all our needs and comes highly recommended. the location is fantastic, being just a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants along the front, including a supermarket.

Could hear the lift squeaking everytime it was in use, lift wad very slow. Room a bit too close to the pool, so very noisy. Could also hear people in unit above us.

The hotel's location near all the restaurants, cafes, and shops was great, perfect for enjoying the coast even in the rain.

Good room family room near pool ( good and bad,. Near pool yes looks cool yes,. Noise of other Kids playing not so good,..I'm on holiday my kids are the only kids I can stand hearing on holiday =) But over all very nice hoidlay 50 meters to beach and center of everything much cheaper then the ones 35 meters away.

No real room service had to buy own toilet paper and supplies after we run out of the 2nd day no cleaning service had to wash own towels make are own beds etc ,. hey maybe fair for price for Oz ( I am Australian ) but not used to it coming from holidays in Asia etc. cheap nice room no real problems

Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants and surf club as well as beach, shops and eateries. The room we stayed in was neat and newly renovated with storage of suitcases etc, good views, a king size bed. The food was savoury - variety of options.
