It was the second time. The pool is great and the staff is super nice and helpful. Being a min walk from the beach and really close to lots of restaurants and shops is a big plus. The overall vibe is really chill and comfy.

The bathroom could use a little updating. A bit loud sometimes from the street outside.

The location of the hotel was great and stunning - just a short stroll away from The Entrance Town Centre. Every member of staff was exceptional and accommodating. Overall it was neat and airy, with a shared bathroom.

Awesome spot near everything!

We had such a fun time! The staff was super nice, and we really appreciated the easy underground parking. Our room had a kitchen, so we could whip up meals. Just wish the bathroom was a bit freshened up. Loved hanging out in the outdoor dining area too!

The Pool and hot tubs

No wifi in rooms. No ventilation in bathroom and especially toilet. Noise from bin and sewerage collection from hotels close by. Smells from restaurants.

Not enough supply of washing liquid,shampoo etc. Supply should be based on number of days booked.

The two-bedroom apartment was really clean, equipped with comfortable furnishings. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach and local dining options. The on-site managers were friendly and accommodating. The sea view from our balcony was a lovely bonus that enhanced our experience.

The bathroom could benefit from some updating.

The room was very spacious and inviting.

Could hear the lift squeaking everytime it was in use, lift wad very slow. Room a bit too close to the pool, so very noisy. Could also hear people in unit above us.

The Caribbean Resort has a fantastic atmosphere, with a lovely pool area and rooftop BBQ facilities that are perfect for evening gatherings. The local wildlife visiting the balcony added a good touch to our stay. The nearby beach and cafes are just a short stroll away, providing convenience without the noise of the main thoroughfare.
